Players take part in structured drills, competitive play, and coaching observations that reveal how they perform in real basketball situations. The evaluation considers technical ability, athletic effort, communication, decision-making, and response to coaching.
The environment is organized and challenging while giving each athlete room to play naturally. I aim to make the process clear and respectful, so players know what to expect and can leave with a better understanding of their strengths and areas for growth.

## About

The Tristate Admirals are a prominent team in The Basketball League (T.B.L.), based in the New York / New Jersey area. They are ranked as the 5th largest team in this region. The Admirals are owned and coached by Coach D, who has extensive experience in both coaching and basketball development.
Under Coach D’s leadership, the Admirals have become a key player in the semi-professional basketball landscape, competing against other strong teams in the league while providing opportunities for aspiring athletes to showcase their talent. The team's involvement in T.B.L. places it in a highly competitive environment that offers a platform for athletes to be scouted by international teams and make progress toward professional careers.
The Tristate Admirals’ mission aligns with Coach D’s broader goals of player development and community involvement, including his work with the Underdogs ABA Men’s Pro Basketball and AAU Youth Basketball teams.
